Degradation of a-InGaZnO thin-film transistors working under simultaneous DC gate and drain bias stress is investigated, and the corresponding degradation mechanism is proposed and verified. The maximum degradation occurs under the bias stress condition that makes the electric field and electron concentration relatively high at the same time. Trapping of hot electrons in the etching-stop layer under the extended drain electrode is proven to be the underlying mechanism. The observed degradation phenomena, including distortion in the transfer curve on a logarithmic scale and two-slope dependence on gate bias on a linear scale, current crowding in the output curve, and smaller degradation in transfer curves measured under large drain bias, can all be well explained with the proposed degradation mechanism. 相似文献

Covalent organic frameworks(COFs) are emerging photocatalysts for hydrogen evolution in water splitting in recent years. They offer a pre-designable platform to design tailor-made structures and chemically adjustable functionality in terms of photocatalysis. In this review, we summarize the recent striking progress of COF-based photocatalysts in design and synthesis. Firstly, different approaches to functionalizing building blocks, diversifying linkages, extending π-conjugation and establishing D-A conjugation are illustrated for enhancing photocatalytic activity. Next, post-modification of backbones and pores is detailed for emphasizing the synergistic catalytic uniqueness of COFs. Besides, the strategy of preparing COF-related composites with various semiconductors is outlined for optimizing the electronic properties. Finally, we conclude with the current challenges and promising opportunities for the exploration of new COF-based photocatalysts. 相似文献

Two-dimensional van der Waals magnetic materials are intriguing for applications in the future spintronics devices, so it is crucial to explore strategy to control the magnetic properties. Here, we carried out first-principles calculations and Monte Carlo simulations to investigate the effect of biaxial strain and hydrostatic pressure on the magnetic properties of the bilayer CrI3. We found that the magnetic anisotropy, intralayer and interlayer exchange interactions, and Curie temperature can be tuned by biaxial strain and hydrostatic pressure. Large compressive biaxial strain may induce a ferromagneticto-antiferromagnetic transition of both CrI3 layers. The hydrostatic pressure could enhance the intralayer exchange interaction significantly and hence largely boost the Curie temperature. The effect of the biaxial strain and hydrostatic pressure revealed in the bilayer CrI3 may be generalized to other two-dimensional magnetic materials. 相似文献

As one of the most environmentally friendly photovoltaic(PV) conversion equipments,aqueousprocessed CdTe nanocrystal solar cells(NC SCs) have attracted great interest in recent years because of their excellent properties such as high charge-carrier mobility and broad absorption.However,two issues including interfacial recombination and leakage current seriously restrict their performance.In this paper,insulating polymer poly(vinyl pyrrolidone)(PVP) is introduced into CdTe NC SCs to solve the problems.The experimental results of transmission electron microscopy(TEM),atomic force micro scopy(AFM) and dark current measurements,etc.,demonstrate the leakage current is effectively suppressed by introducing PVP.Through further designing device structure,the reduction of interfacial recombination after introducing PVP is confirmed.By strategically taking the advantages of PVP properties(e.g.,water solubility and thermostability),the power conversion efficiency of the devices with PVP is enhanced by almost 37% compared to pure CdTe devices.This work demonstrates an effective and low-cost method to fabricate NC SCs via aqueous route.Moreover,it also proves that appropriate content of insulating polymer is of beneficial in promoting the PV performance. 相似文献

Anodic electrocatalyst plays the core role in direct alcohol fuel cells (DAFCs), while traditional Pt-catalysts suffer from limited catalytic activity, high over potential and severe CO poisoning. Herein, by selectively depositing Rh atoms on the defective-sites of Pt nanowires (NWs), we developed a new Pt@Rh NW electrocatalyst that exhibited enhanced electrocatalytic performance for both methanol oxidation (MOR) and ethanol oxidation (EOR). Both cyclic voltammetry (CV) and in-situ infrared spectroscopy revealed that the presence of Rh atoms suppressed the generation of poisonous intermediates and completely oxidized alcohols molecule into CO2. Atomic resolusion spherical aberration corrected high-angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscopy (CS-HAADF-STEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) mapping analysis revealed that Rh atoms were primarily deposited on the defective sites of Pt NWs. Meanwhile, the presence of Rh atoms also modified the electronic state of Pt atoms and therefore lowered the onset potential for alcohols oxidation potential. This work gives the first clear clue on the role of the defective sites of Pt nanocatalyst poisoning, and propose that selectively blocking these sites with trace amount of Rh is an effective strategy in designing advantageous electrocatalysts. 相似文献

The discrete least squares meshless (DLSM) method is extended in this paper for solving coupled bedload sediment transport equations. The mathematical formulation of this model consists of shallow water equations for the hydrodynamical component and an Exner equation expressing sediment continuity for the bedload transport. This method uses the moving least squares (MLS) function approximation to construct the shape functions and the minimizing least squares functional method to discretize the system of equations. The method can be viewed as a truly meshless method as it does not need any mesh for both field variable approximation and the construction of system matrices; it also provides the symmetric coefficient matrix. In the present work, several benchmark problems are studied and compared with the work of other researchers; the proposed method shows good accuracy, high convergence rate, and high efficiency, even for irregularly distributed nodes. At the end, a real test problem is performed to show and verify the main benefit and applicability of the proposed method to cope with complex geometry in practical problems. 相似文献

Multicompound determination for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) may often be inadequate, since these compounds may not be associated with, or fully represent, the clinical effects of TCM. Moreover, the individual contributions of each constituent to the pharmacological effect are often not considered. In China, Porana sinensis is widely used as a substitute for Erycibe sources to treat joint pain and rheumatoid arthritis. The existing quality control methods for P. sinensis neither consider the individual contributions of various compounds nor control the actual quality associated with different clinical efficacies. In the present study, a novel efficacy-oriented approach, named the effect-constituent index (ECI), was established for P. sinensis. Analyses of the spectrum–effect relationship and components in rat plasma were conducted to systematically and scientifically select quality markers. Quantitative analysis of multicomponents via a single marker method was introduced to enhance the practical application value of the established ECI. The established ECI shows a good ability to distinguish and predict the bioeffect-based quality of P. sinensis. The present study also provides a reference for the establishment and application of ECI as a quality control method for TCMs. 相似文献
